| I arrived at local Town Beach 5.45 AM. Ranger arrived 6.00 AM. Although he felt my engine was still warm he insisted that I had slept there and fined me. I wrote Shire Council Office and the fine was retracted. Same ranger went to the Courthouse Markets on the busiest day of the year and fined every car that was not strictly in a parking zone. | |
