I couldn't pay online since Bigpond billing went to Telstra billing. I have started at least 10 issues about it. Four times I had to think of a new user name because I had to re-register and couldn't use my 'old' user name. Once I wrote an e-mail repeating the words "I want to pay online" in capitals over and over again. They drove me mad. Can I pay online now? Well at least I can call any time of the day to pay... |
