| To my surprise I got a rude letter from the Council of the City of Amsterdam threatening me about an open account while I had never received the bill from them. According to them I was supposed to know that I was supposed to pay and if I didn't get their bill it as not their problem. he refused to send the bill again. So there is no way to come to any conclusion how they made the bill. | |
