As a member of the committee of my body corporate sh has already "miscalculated" interest, withheld spendings from the financial report, misused insurance pay-outs and exonerated herself. For whose benefit? Well not particularly her own. I guess for me to write this is doing her a favor, as it shows her to be a great tool.
